Our services include, but are not limited to: intensive 12-week certification programs, high-performance cloud laboratory compute access, professional mentorship sessions, workshops, and access to a proprietary library of educational materials. The specific curriculum, learning outcomes, and deliverables for each program are outlined on our Services page and will be provided in detail within your individual enrollment agreement. We reserve the right to modify our curriculum or service delivery methods to reflect the latest technological advancements and pedagogical standards.
3. User Obligations and Professional Conduct
As a student or user of our platforms, you agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and enrollment process; (b) maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials; (c) adhere to a high standard of professional conduct during all live online sessions, in-person workshops, and digital forum interactions; (d) utilize our provided laboratory compute resources solely for the purpose of completing your assigned academic tasks; (e) refrain from any activity that attempts to compromise the security or integrity of our network; and (f) respect the intellectual property rights of AI Pulse Academy LLC, our instructors, and your fellow students. Any violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension of access to our services without a refund.
4. Professional Enrollment and Payment Terms
Enrollment in our certification programs is competitive and is subject to the payment of tuition fees as specified on our Pricing page or your individual offer letter. All tuition payments must be made in full or according to an authorized installment plan before the commencement of your scheduled cohort. AI Pulse Academy LLC utilizes secure third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions; you agree to comply with their terms of service in addition to our own. We provide a full refund of tuition fees if a written withdrawal request is received within the first seven (7) calendar days following the official start date of the program. After this initial period, all fees are non-refundable, though we may offer pro-rata academic credits for future cohorts under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of our executive leadership.
5. Intellectual Property and Limited License
All content provided through our services—including but not limited to curriculum outlines, video lectures, source code examples, laboratory designs, research methodologies, and instructional graphics—is the exclusive intellectual property of AI Pulse Academy LLC or its licensors. Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for your personal professional development only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written authorization from our legal department. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
6. Limitation of Liability and Performance Disclaimers

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount of tuition paid by you for the specific program in question.
7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and all matters related to your enrollment in AI Pulse Academy LLC are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, conducted by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Both parties waive their right to a trial by jury and agree that all claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
